摘要
Carbon molecules has a wide range of structural properties and exhibit these various features in different conditions. In this case carbon is made into simple form of crystal which features properties such as water solubility, less toxicity and optical properties such as mixture fluorescence and transparency. A widely available material charcoal powder was reduced to CNP by Nitric Acid reduction method. These nano crystals ranging from 10-20 nm showing green fluorescence property can be used for applications such as cell imaging, metabolic pathway mapping drug delivery and administration systems, cell line fingerprinting, forensic science and many other biological applications. The porous nature of CNP's surface enables easier binding of drugs to its surface. The water soluble property make them more feasible for drug designing with less adverse side effects that can be avoided due to various solvents and stabilising agentsand could performs more accurate delivery administrative methods. The optically active property can be used in applications such as fabrication on materials to provide camouflage in army uniforms according to the surroundings. Its application in field of bionics is immense as these particles have excellent heat and current conducting and semiconducting properties according to the preparation methods.
