摘要
One of the main reasons why poor responders tend to have a poor outcome in ART cycles is the shortage of embryos available for transfer per cycle. We evaluated a new combined approach consisting of multiple oocyte retrievals, in vitro fertilization, cryopreservation and storage of embryos, and finally the accumulated embryos were thawed and transferred in a hormonal replacement cycle. Six out of 12 poor responder patients became clinically pregnant (50%). The results from this study present a successful alternative for poor responders other than oocyte donation.
