摘要
In the present study, a simple and highly efficient protocol for the preparation of novel alpha-amino phosphonates is achieved based on the one-pot reaction of ninhydrin, 1,2-phenylenediamines, aniline derivatives, and dialkyl or diaryl phosphites, without using any catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The main advantages of the reaction are short reaction time, high yields, simple workup, and no need for further purification.
