摘要
In recent years, population aging of China continues to accelerate It has become an urgent social problem that how to make empty nesters live safely and conveniently. Elderly Smart Home on the platform of residence is a safely, convenient, comfortable, energy saving, entertainment, efficient and environmentally friendly living environment, which possesses buildings, network appliances, communications, appliances automation, telemedicine, home office, entertainment and other functions and sets the systems, structures, services and management as a whole. This article designs and implements the elderly smart home gateway system based on C# from the system and function two parts. The system achieves many functions that includes home automatic or manual lighting control, electrical control, voice control, and SMS alarm, network alarm, which makes the elderly daily life conveniently and solves the security problems of empty nesters.
