摘要
To improve the knowledge sharing level has an important significance for maintaining the competitive advantage of the construction enterprise. However, employees are lack of knowledge sharing motivation. In order to solve the problem, this paper builds an evolutionary game model to analyze the selection of interactive behavior and strategies of construction enterprise and employee. At the end of this paper, some measures are proposed to promote knowledge sharing. The research can be used to help enterprise to quickly find the core problems of knowledge sharing and to improve the level of knowledge sharing.
