摘要：

Logistics alliance is a kind of dynamic strategic alliance, and there's a strong effect to alliance competitiveness by knowledge sharing of it. Based on connotation and function of logistics alliance knowledge sharing, this article analyzed the sharing obstacles and influence mechanism of logistics alliance, and mainly puts forward corresponding measures to achieve knowledge sharing in logistics alliance, Includes reinforced informally contact between alliance members, establish knowledge sharing mechanism of rewards and punishments, construct organizational culture which encourage knowledge sharing and innovation, and establish knowledge transaction platform.
