摘要
This paper stresses the development of the smart grid and the meaning of the smart grid's condition monitoring. Then tell the IEC61850 standards and its features and manufacturer message standard. The third part highlights abstract communication service interface in the IEC61850, and focuses on the communication process based on the mapping of the ACSI to MMS, Finally summaries communication process of the smart grid and prospects the development of smart grid.
