摘要
A new orientation relationship (OR) between gamma-Mg17Al12 precipitate and magnesium matrix is identified by the selected-area electron diffraction technique, together with the convergent beam electron diffraction method. The stereogram for the new orientation relationship has been calculated and discussed along with the stereograms for the Pitsch-Schrader OR, the Burgers OR, the Potter OR, the Crawley OR, the Porter OR and the Gjonnes-Ostmoe OR in the Mg-Al-based system.
