The Electro-hydraulic Synchronization Position Servo System Based on Self-adapting Fuzzy Decoupling Controller

摘要
For improving the control precision of electro-hydraulic synchronization position servo system, a new self-adapting fuzzy decoupling controller is designed by means of traditional decoupling controller, and this decoupling controller is used in electro-hydraulic synchronization position servo system. In this decoupling controller, PI parameters can be independently online adapted by two fuzzy controller, the influence from coupling by-pass to main-pass can be decreased by return circuit control structure, and the complex calculation process of synthesis algorithm rule can be avoided. Finally, this method was demonstrated and validated by a sample. It has shown the proposed method can improve the benefit of control precision in electro-hydraulic synchronization position servo system, and provide a support for adapting to solving dynamic error problem.
