摘要
The amino-acid and monosaccharide compositions of aqueous extracts of fenugreek herb were determined using PMR and C-13 NMR spectroscopy. The content of identified extract constituents was > 70 mol%, of which the dominant amino acid was 4-hydroxyisoleucine (26.5 mol%); the major carbohydrate, glucose (10.1 mol%).
