摘要
The basic principles of the calculations and the models of the preheater calciner gas off-take, kiln and cooler have been described in the previous parts of the publication. In this final part of the series of publications these models are combined to form a complete model which should make it possible to improve the mode of operation of kiln plants. The effects of additional cyclone stages, the collecting efficiency of the cyclone stages, the dust burden of the kiln gas, the operation of a bypass, lowering the sintering zone temperature, the distribution of the cooling air in the clinker the depth of the clinker bed in the cooler and the lime content of the kiln meal on the fuel energy requirement and temperature profile of the kiln plant have been calculated as examples of the application of the model.
