摘要：
Since 2003 many universities in our country have developed the construction engineering of top-quality course at all levels in succession. The construction of top-quality has been an important part of high school teaching quality and teaching reform project which has great significance to promote the construction. But how can we construct and make good use of top-quality course? This paper emphatically introduces the connotation, construction, evaluation of top-quality course and proposes constructive suggestions according to its current misunderstandings.
