摘要
Analysis of the assessment of development projects on transport infrastructure shows that standardized methodology do not exist. The assessment of transport infrastructure development is very complicated process using different methods and complexity substantiating their necessity to the society and physical infrastructure. The analysis and evaluation of urban transport systems was carried out. Analysis highlighted the influence of each subsystem on the sustainable development of urban transport system by technical, traffic safety, social-economic, environmental and other specific aspects. The results of analysis determined features of separate objects necessary to evaluate and substantiate; assess and adjust separate stages, key principles and quantitative and qualitative criteria of project evaluation and substantiation on urban transport and communication system.
