摘要
The present study tries to show the importance of improving future teacher's education towards inclusion of minorities, gender prejudices and cultural diversity. The participants (N=270) were teachers in training. The main focus of this paper was to know the different attitudes between men and women of different ages at this respect. For this, different analysis (means, standard deviation and ANOVA) were run. The results show significant differences between males and females in justification of peer violence as a reaction, and courage' (factor 1) and sexist beliefs and justification of gender violence (factor 2).
