摘要
Anaerobic digestion (AD) of food waste (FW) showed some advantages, including less secondary pollution and recyclable clean energy. In this study, main influencing factors including total solid (TS), temperature, sludge inoculum and co-digestion of cow dung or corn straw of anaerobic digestion for food waste were performed. The cumulative gas production was increased from 3,552 mL to 4,730 mL, 6,072 mL, 10,034 mL and 12,711 mL, when the TS concentration changed from 2% to 4.0%, 6.0%, 8.0% and 10.0%, respectively. The maximum methane yield reached after 15-17 days of fermentation. The cumulative gas production increased to 4.02 times, 5.25 times, 4.89 times and 2.18 times when fermentation temperature increased from 25 degrees C to 35 degrees C, 45 degrees C, 55 degrees C, respectively. The cumulative gas production increased from 1,212 mL to 1,974 mL, 2,368 mL 3,963 mL, 7,754 mL, 7,928 mL, 10,921 mL and 9,079 mL, when the quantity of sludge inoculum increased from 20% to 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% and 90%, respectively. The cow dung was added by 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%, the cumulative gas production increased by 25.4%, 41.9%, 251% and 497.4%, respectively. Methane production and quality were enhanced by the co-digestion of cow dung and food waste (FW). The cow dung being added by 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%, the methane content reached maximum by 8, 6, 11, 33 days of anaerobic digestion. The corn straw was added by 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%, the cumulative gas production was increased to 4,449 mL, 6,483 mL, 8,892 mL and 11,778 mL respectively.
