摘要
In the polymer injection pump cleaning regularly, it found that there is a "brown thick strip", in order to determine the material properties and formation mechanism we used a drying burning method, and the results showed that the content of organic matter in the reduceate is 94.418%, the content of iron ion among the rest inorganic component is higher, which is about 1.6974mg/g. The analysis of Fourier infrared spectrum and X ray energy spectrum show that reducing substances is an accumulation of polyacrylamide, which contains a small amount of P and S elements. By using the combination technology of chromatography and mass spectrometry we know that the reduction in the filter is combined by metal cations, we also discuss the relationship between bacterial and metal ions and find that bacterial corrosion would form a large number of metal cations. These metal cations would occur condensation reaction with polymer, forming the reducing substance. The results of the study have the important scientific research value for ensuring the normal operation of injection system, guiding the field actual production and improving the management level of the overall development of polymer flooding.
