摘要
The road and bridge construction project has huge positive effect to the real estate value upgrade in areas surrounding. However, ordinary BOT road and bridge construction projects usually cost vastly which leads to the rise of the toll during operation. As a result, it restricts the further development of the local economy and local real estate. This paper puts forward the joint development strategy, which the government, road and bridge construction project contractor and real estate developers work together on the local economy development. After having studied BUT and Joint development deeply, this paper discusses the effect and feasibility of the BOT road and bridge construction project and real estate joint development. It analyzes the advanced experiences from other countries and regions to formulate effective strategy for Chinese joint development. The conclusion of this paper has enlightening significance to the future road and bridge construction projects.
