摘要：
The development of new energy industry is important for sustainable development in China. This paper summarizes the present status of new energy industry in China, analyzes the main barriers that affect new energy industry: technology barrier, market barrier, finance barrier, and policy system barrier. Finally, the paper proposed countermeasures to overcome the barriers, for example, the opening and liberalization of the energy industry, using the legislation to strengthen the development of new energy industries.
