Exploration and Analysis on the Spread of Taijiquan and the Development of Ethnic Traditional Sports

Taijiquan, as a traditional sport form of China, fully reflects its values on bodybuilding, health maintenance, self-defense and combat in spread and promotion. It improves the culture connotation of Taijiquan and makes it deeply loved and praised at home and abroad. It is of important practical significances in promoting the rapid development of Chinese traditional sports and becoming one of the worldwide sports activities. On this basis, the paper analyzes the close relationship between Taijiquan and the development of ethnic traditional sports based on the general development introduction of Taijiquan to explore a way to promote the spread of Taijiquan and the development of ethnic traditional sports.
