摘要
We have theoretically studied efficiency of entangled-photon generation from a quantum well embedded in a microcavity, and have found considerable enhancement of the efficiency. We have determined an optimal condition for achieving the strong enhancement, which is qualitatively understood from a characteristic feature of the cavity QED. (c) 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
