摘要
The development of the society has always been influenced by the environment, and complexity of this development has imposed relationships more and more complex between mankind and natural environment. When the activities of the organizations are focused on the environment, to ensure environmental protection by all means and methods, is possible to talk about green entrepreneurship. This paper aims at developing a methodology for research on green entrepreneurship educational process, in the Romanian companies, entrepreneurial management approach in environmental conditions, skills and entrepreneurial capabilities of human capital, business models and organizational culture that promotes green entrepreneurship Romanian companies. The methodology uses as tools the interviews and questionnaire-based survey. This paper presents such a conceptual model of research aiming to obtain data, focusing on the following assumptions: green entrepreneurship requires an educational process in Romanian companies and the existence of the human capital able to exert a powerful green entrepreneurial process.
