摘要
Employee engagement is the pivotal factor of organizational performance and has important value and significance for the survival and development of enterprises. In accordance with the previous research results, this study established a model which includes 10 elements for evaluating the employee engagement from theory and practice. The solid evidence shows that the evaluation model has high interoperability and application value.
