摘要
In this paper, the importance of building energy efficiency is stressed firstly. And then a 9-story residential building in Changsha is selected as a research object. Combining with Changsha ' s natural resources, the paper gets the results of the energy consumption situations in thirteen different building orientations and the energy-saving rate in each orientation by using the PKPM Building Energy Design And Analysis Software(PBECA 2008). Increase the number of layer to 18, then do the same simulation as the 9-story building's. By the results, the most suitable range of the two residential buildings orientation can be found out. Besides, the paper identifies the range of the two residential buildings orientation in order to meet the requirements of Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer And Cold Winter Zone(JGJ134-2010). Finally, the paper proposes that human thermal comfort is an important aspect in selecting building orientation. This paper promotes the application of natural resources on reducing building energy consumption, and provides references for choosing the fitting orientation of similar Multi-storey and High-storey residential buildings in Changsha.
