摘要
Entering the new era, with the comprehensive deepening of China's reform and opening up and the deep adjustment of economic policies, the private economy obtains new development opportunities. However, due to the general lag in the construction of private enterprise culture in China, especially the lack of core values and effective management, the healthy and sustainable development of the private economy is severely challenged. Faced with new opportunities and challenges, Chinese private enterprises should further enhance their ideological understanding, and promote the corporate value management with a scientific and rigorous attitude. Efforts should be taken to introduce and refine enterprise core values, and apply them to enterprise management activities, which can be used to enhance internal cohesion and external competitiveness of enterprises. The author suggests that government and non-governmental organizations should strengthen the supervision of the construction and effective management of the value system of private enterprises, guide them to improve their business activities and perform their social responsibilities while improving their economic performance.
