Research on the Effective Strategies of Constructing Chinese Private Enterprises Learning Organization

Learning organization plays an important role in the survival and development of Chinese private enterprises in the knowledge economy age. The article defined learning organization and analyzed its characteristics using the induction method. Then, the author found that the imperfect system and behavior routinization were bad for constructing Chinese private enterprises learning organization. Finally, the article discussed the effective strategies of constructing it using the survey and case analysis methods. The article is useful to promote a more thorough understanding of managing employees and constructing Chinese private enterprises learning organization.
