摘要
In this paper, we focused on the direct immobilization of the glucose oxidase(GOD) on the oxiraneconpolymer. Support with oxirane groups is an ideal immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase(GOD). A series of macroporous hydrophilic copolymers were synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as the reactive monomer, N, N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBAA) as the crosslinking agent, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the stabilizer monomer, azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator monomer, Fe3O4 as magnetofluid and ethanoland and water as the dispersion medium. The effects of the magnetofluid and crosslinIcing agent on the structure properties and the apparent activity of immobilized enzyme were investigated. The apparent relative activity of 90.45% was obtained when the enzyme immobilized on FGM polymer [w(ferrofluid) = 0.4%, = 40%, w(MBAA)/w(GMA) = 2.0] at 55 degrees C and pH8.0. The supportwas used 15 times repeatedly. The residual apparent relative activity were 60% to the initial activity. The relative activity of the immobilized enzyme had no obvious reduce after it was kept at 4 degrees C for 30 d.
