摘要
Resistivity and magnetic after-effect (MAE) dependencies on temperature are studied for La1/3Nd1/3Ca1/3MnO3. The MAE isochronals and temperature dependence of susceptibility show two phase transitions (first and second-order) which do not coincide with the peak in resistivity. This peak is indicative of the occurrence of a semiconductor-metal transition. The temperature irreversible R-irr and reversible R-rev part (no thermal hysteresis) of the resistivity was determined.
