摘要
The use of wind-battery hybrid power system (WBS) can decrease the influence of wind power fluctuation on distribution network, so this paper proposes a optimal control method for active distribution network (AND) with wind-battery hybrid system. Firstly, based on the hierarchical control theory, the control strategy of ADN is given. Then, the optimal scheduling model of active distribution network is established according to the control strategy, and the optimal operation of ADN is realized by considering the limitation of reactive power output and reservation capacity in the model. Finally, an adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) algorithm is used to solve the problem. Case analyses with a 33-node distribution system verifies the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
