摘要：
The spectra and shapes of pulsar gamma-ray pulses are calculated in the framework of the Goldreich-Julian model for a regime with the free outflow of charged particles from the surface of the neutron star. In this case, an electric field is generated by the general relativistic effect of inertial reference frame drag. The results of the calculations are consistent with observations of the pulsars PSR 1706-44 and Geminga (2CG 195+04).
