The Impact of Microblog User Cognition and User Emotion on Microblog Behavior in Social Emergencies

With rapid development of social media, it provides a certain platform for information dissemination and diffusion. User's understanding of the different events in the sudden events will produce different microblog content and contains a certain emotional, and emotional gathering will activate the corresponding behavior. This paper studies the influence of uses cognition and user's emotion on microblog behavior, and takes the case test of Hangzhou nanny arson as an example. The results show that the user's cognition and the user's emotion have a significant effect on the microblog behavior, and the user's cognitive part affects the microblog behavior through the intermediary variable.
