摘要
In this paper, we conducted intensive research on evaluating the performance apprises of the power corporations, and put forward the network SBM model. Using data of ten power corporations, the new model was tested and the results show the new model can overcome the drawbacks of the traditional SBM model which ignore the internal structures of DMUs.
