摘要：
Based on the data of China's high-tech industry, this paper establishes a multiple regression model to analyze the relationship between knowledge capital and export. We find that the expenditure for acquisition of foreign technology has significant impact on the export of high-tech industry. The lag phases of intramural expenditure on R&D, expenditure for acquisition of foreign technology and expenditure on purchase of domestic technology are 3, 3 and 0 years, respectively. Our suggested solution, which is easy to implement, includes increasing intramural expenditure on R&D and the expenditure for acquisition of foreign technology to promote healthy development of high-tech industry.
