摘要
The surface morphology and electronic structure of the Fe-based metallic glasses Fe61.37Cr3.78Co6.84V0.85W0.82Mo1.06Nb0.85B19.87C1.99Si2.57 and Fe55Ni8Co6Mo4Cr2V1Al2P9C6B5Si2 have been investigated. The structure of the investigated metallic glasses is a dual-phase system, where the first phase is nanocrystals and the second one is an amorphous parent matrix. Nanocrystalline grains are formed with different sizes from 20 to 60 nm. The morphological picture of the surface Fe55Ni8Co6Mo4Cr2V1Al2P9C6B5Si2 is characterized by the presence of melt flow lines with an average distance between the lines of similar to 1.0 nm. An increase in the proportion of pi-pi* bonds between carbon atoms in the Fe55Ni8Co6Mo4Cr2V1Al2P9C6B5Si2 was found compared to the Fe61.37Cr3.78Co6.84V0.85W0.82Mo1.06Nb0.85B19.87C1.99Si2.57. In both investigated Fe-based metallic glasses, the presence of chemical bond B-C and the absence of direct B-B bonds are observed.
