摘要
Purpose: The Cloud computing has been defined as a new evolution in the domain of information technology (IT). With this progress comes a huge potential which governments and organizations in the developed world are already used with the view to enhance performance and service delivery. This paper depends on Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) frame-work to review the cloud computing adoption in developing countries. Methodology: We conducted a systematic review according to guidelines Kitchenham to elaborate the review methodology in detail and identify documents that reported on cloud computing adoption in developing countries. In particular, several databases were systematically searched, and the reference list of relevant forty studies were screened and ultimately were involved in this review. Findings: The findings of the study reveal that security concern, privacy and data loss were the technology, organization and environment factors found to be significant in cloud computing adoption in a developing country context and there are also some advantages that encourage the adoption of this paradigm in these countries. Originality/value: A systematic framework of cloud computing adoption in developing countries will be essential to accelerate the use of this technology in these countries for working well in fact. \ Paper type: Literature review. Conference track: Technology Management.
