Paper's objective is to present finding Of research conducted in order to prepare and induce the Enterpreneurship course on 017 faculty (Faculty of Organizational Sciences - FON - in Belgrade, as example). The purpose of this courses introduction has been exploration of students' preparation and willingness to become enterpreneurs themselves. In challenging XXI century enterpreneurship has been seen as an important source of self-employment, rational utilization of resources, flexibility, competitiveness... by governments, as well as by professional and educational public. In order to prepare students for self-employment, numerous Universities have been offering courses (based on excessive prior research in this field) covering topics such as: personality of the entrepreneur, enterpreneurship as a process, business strategies, tactics and plans, etc. FOS built on these experiences and went one step ahead, conducting a research whose findings provided a framework for course's context and content. Methodology of the research includes questionnaire on readiness of 65 (final year) students to establish and develop their own business, as well as on their understanding and assessment of their own future needs for formal and non-formal trainings and education. Results of research can be classified in three categories: a) information gathering on students awareness on their own career path,- b) information on future needs for professional trainings and further education of current students: c) planning and promotional tools for introduction of Enterpreneurship courses on an faculty. Implications of the paper are aimed at successful implementation of the findings and introduction of Enterpreneurship course with the content and perspective of students' needs and self-assessments. Key contribution of the paper is in creation of methodology for a faculty, managerial too Is and processes for new course's introduction. The side contribution is in the creation and application of questionnaire for described purpose.
