摘要
Several cultivated (V. mungo, V. aconitifolia, V. umbellata, V. sinensis), wild (V. trilobata, V. sublobata, V. sylvestris, V. setulosa and V. vexillata) species of Vigna and twelve cultivars of V. radiata were screened for NaCl tolerance. The calli derived from wild species grew better under NaCl stress than those derived from cultivated species. Wild species, V. vexillata followed by V. setulosa were found to be the most tolerant compared even to the most tolerant cultivar G-65 of cultivated species, V. radiata. The wild species accumulated more Na+ and less K+ than the latter.
