Then we focus on analyzing the effects of some personal factors on tacit knowledge transfer. The results indicate the network of employee tacit knowledge transfer in the department of technology application has weak network cohesion and many workers only play a role of absorbing knowledge, but it has a high efficiency of knowledge transfer. Tacit knowledge transfer more happens to the employees with chose friendship, similar working age, different education levels and high position.
