摘要：
This paper designs a group multiple-criteria and fuzzy evaluation model (GMCFEM) firstly, and then carries out a Social post-assessment (SPA) an the investment project of Southern Basic Manufactory (SBM) with "matrix analysis" method and GMCFEM. With these two mutual complementing methods,a convincing conclusion is achieved.
