Matrix Decomposition Based Threshold Orthogonal Matching Pursuit Algorithm for Parameter and Time Delay Identification of MISO-FIR Systems

摘要
This paper focuses on the identification problem of multiple input single output finite impulse response (MISO-FIR) systems with unknown time delays. Using the matrix decomposition, a modified threshold orthogonal matching pursuit (TH-OMP) algorithm is proposed for identifying the parameters and time delays of the MISO-FIR systems from finite sampled data. The modified version of the TH-OMP algorithm can avoid the matrix inversion and eliminate the redundant computation at each iteration. Therefore it is more efficient than the original TH-OMP algorithm. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the modified TH-OMP algorithm.
