Adaptive method for low velocity moving target detection

摘要
In radar signal processing, when a target moves with a low velocity, it will generate so small a Doppler frequency shift that target reflect signals will be submerged by clutter signals, and radar cannot detect target, especially under low signal-clutter-ratio (SCR) environments. Because of its' good performance in intelligent signal processing, adaptive method is used in this paper to eliminate the clutter signals from received signals in signals' power spectrum figure according to the power spectrum distributed of the clutter.
