摘要
We present the results of Monte Carlo simulations of the three-dimensional Edwards-Anderson model of spin glasses with binary (+/-J) interactions. We provide direct evidence for the finite-size-scaling hypothesis and we determine the universal scaling functions. Using an iterative method for extrapolating data to infinite volume, we reach (overlap) correlation lengths larger than xi similar to 200. This allows us to clearly identify a finite-temperature phase transition. (C) 1999 Published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
