摘要
Focusing on the hidden dangers in the layer medication, this paper analyzed the human factors impacting the layer medication especially, and constructed a human factor analysis model which is suitable for layer medication by means of HFACS. The model includes four factors: unsafe acts, preconditions for unsafe acts, unsafe supervision and organizational influences. By controlling and guiding people's behavior, we establish a reasonable system of safe medication to ensure the safety of production and the good quality of eggs.
