摘要：
open dielectric resonators radiate strongly into free space at and around their resonant frequencies. There are many applications of DRA as radiating elements at microwave & millimeter wave frequencies owing to their small size and low loss. A trapped DRA has been designed & resonant frequency, Q-factor, and radiation pattern have been plotted for different parameters.
