摘要
The research was aimed at studies of practice of formation and methods concepts of development of guidance maintenance of sport of maximum achievements in the Republic of Tatarstan. The studies revealed the complicated internal sports-pedagogical, biomedical and socio-economic structure of the problem of guidance maintenance of sport of maximum achievements, providing systematization of directions and methods of settlement of problems, as well as allocation of priorities, stages and results. Guidance maintenance of sport of maximum achievements was considered as a complicated social system. The condition of its formation and further development was assumed to be formation of a "genetic core of self-development" with research school in the center of it and political and legislative acts shown in creation of integrated government programs among its "peripheral elements". Guidance maintenance of sport of maximum achievements was assumed to be organized in a system involving all social and certain methods problems as a whole. Special sports-pedagogical direction of the guidance maintenance was considered as the principal one. Biomedical direction laid the basis of formation and was considered a precondition of effective realization of the sports-pedagogical direction.
