摘要
This paper proposed switched-inductor quasi-Z-source inverters (SL-qZSIs) with maximum constant boost control. SL-qZSIs adds only one inductor and three diodes as compare to the quasi z-source inverter but as compare to qZSI boost factor is high in SL-qZSI. In comparison to the SL-ZSI, for the same input and output voltages, the SL-qZSI provides continuous input current, a common ground with the dc source, reduced the passive component count. Due to presence of maximum constant boost control shoot-through duty ratio maintain constant as well as less voltage stress capacitors and lower current stress on inductors and diodes. To verify the performance of the proposed inverter, the circuit of the inverter is simulated on Simulink/Matlab for 48 Vdc input. The simulation results verified that the inverter has high boost ability and provide less voltage stress on device.
