摘要
In this paper, the electromagnetic behavior of waves created by a line source through a planar waveguide that is partially filled with a biaxial anisotropic dispersive metamaterial is numerically studied. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method based on the piecewise linear recursive convolution algorithm (PLRC) in conjunction with the convolutional perfectly matched layered (CPML) is employed to visualize electric field distributions in several sets of constitutive parameters. In fact, we have tangibly shown that guidance conditions vary greatly with the change of the tensor components and the height of the metamaterial slab. Furthermore, the simulated results are in agreement with theoretical results.
