摘要
Oxide eutectic composites prepared by directional solidification are noticed for their good mechanical properties and high temperature stability in oxidizing environments. In this paper, the influence of stabilizers (Y and Sc) on the structure, microstructure and electrical properties of Al2O3-ZrO, composites is reported. It is also shown that their microstructure and ionic conductivity do not change along the composite. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
