摘要
There is an increasing need for non-linear large scale simulations. In this context, multi-scale approaches are necessary. They are now quite mature for solving time independent linear problem, but they need to be improved in case of non-linear problems. Among the available multi-scale approaches the micro-macro one [15] provides an interesting framework due to its mixed character and to possibility easily adapt the choice of the macro-basis (and the associated micro one) to the specificity of the studied problem. Two examples of such current adaptations are described here, the case of crack propagation (in cooperation with Dassault Aviation) and the case of localized buckling and post-buckling (in cooperation with EADS-CCR).
