Identification and evaluation of supply chain risk of enterprise group

The trend of collectivization has gradually made the supply chain network structure more complex, while the vulnerability and instability of supply chain brings a lot of risks as a result. How to identify and assess risks becomes the core issue of supply chain management. In, this paper, we systematically identify and classify the supply chain risk, the controllability and harm of the its risk has also been analyzed. We constructed supply chain risk evaluation index system, and then by using the improved set-valued statistical accelerated iteration method we determined the weight of each index. Based on expert risk probability interval estimation we constructed a comprehensive evaluation model for supply chain risk, and we did the empirical analysis at the same time.
