摘要
Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) seeds were used to produce oil by using the screw press (nozzle 10 mm, temp. 45 degrees C) to det. the pressing capacity as well as the acid no., peroxide value and oxidative stability of the oil. The oil met quality stds. in terms of acid no. and peroxide value but it showed a low oxidn. resistance.
